Thank you for your interest in being a food or merchandise vendor at the Cedar Polka Fest. Please complete the application below.

Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee a place at the Cedar Polka Fest. All vendor applicants will be notified no later than July 1st, 2026 with the festival’s decision.

Dates & Hours of Operation

Thursday, August 27th – 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Friday, August 28th – 5:00 pm to 12:00 am
Saturday, August 29th – 1:30 pm to 12:00
Sunday, August 30th – 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Vendors are required to operate during the entire event.

Polka Fest Is Going Green

Polka Fest is a GREEN EVENT. All cutlery, plates, cups, and to-go containers must be compostable.
